Signing up with Email is the most traditional way on most websites. To sign up with Email, simply click on the ‘Sign Up’ link at the bottom of the login page.
You are prompted to input your email address and password, make sure you enter a password that meets the minimal requirements, and then click on the ‘Sign Up’ button.
Our system will send you an email for verification in a few seconds, please open your mail app and look for an email with the subject ‘Activate your HeyForm account’, open this email and click the ‘Activate Account’ button inside.
Once you verify your account, you are all done!
To create an account with Google, click on the ‘Login with Google’ button on the login page, and you will be redirected to Google for authentication, as follows:
Choose the account you would like to log in with, and you will be redirected back to HeyForm, which means you create the account successfully.
To create an account with Apple, click on ‘Login with Apple’ button on the login page, and you will be redirected to Apple for authentication, as follows:
Simply input your Apple account credentials, and you will be redirected back to HeyForm, which means you create the account successfully.
Check your spam folder. Our activation emails sometimes land in spam folders. Open your email application, and check your Spam folder.
Wait 10 minutes. Our activation emails may occasionally take some time to reach your inbox, so check your inbox and spam folders again after 10 minutes.
